The birds are singing and spring is in the air! The spring season in the housing market started earlier than expected this year, mainly due to the ups and downs that the Covid-19 virus and it's impact on all our lives.
When you hear that the market is 'booming' and the sales are up x% over last year at this time, remember that last year at this time we were barley allowed to leave our house, let along buy one. Keep this in mind before you get swept up with thinking there is a housing shortage. It's not that simple.
